Could've been much worse...

So this just happened to me about 30 min ago I'm on the turnpike north heading home from my lady's house and its slightly raining so I slow down to about 60 mph and a little further it begins raining heavier so I slow down even more....when... All of a sudden I'm driving over an overpass and my car hydroplanes out of control... so I obviously don't touch the brakes so I don't make the situation worse and I begin to counter steer the wheel but my car is completely sideways so it was not helping and luckily I slid into the grass and came to a complete stop about 3 feet from the guard rail.... I pulled out of the grass and pulled over to check the car and all that has happened is one of my front mud flaps came off and my exhaust tips got bent due to the amount of grass and dirt that got pinched between the diffuser and exhaust..... Here's a pic of my exhaust tip....

Damn, yea that could of been much much worse, I had a friend who had the same thing happen to him and the rear end of the car spun and slammed into the end of the guard rail.

Glad your alright! How are your tires ?
