I bought my headlights from Strafe too. They were on back order for a long time. I was like 200th in line too. Plus i had the clear lenses put for the turn signals so it took even longer. Its not their fault. Its just a falling in of coincidences.

As far as prices go, 400 is a sound price. Hell ive seen shipping prices of 150. So even if you take that into consideration. Thats 250 for the bumper. Trust me, ive payed around a bit under a grand for a full kit. Your price is not bad at all. And as far as quality, i bought a strafe trunk from Danny a long time ago and the fitment was damn near perfect. And if you REALLY need to contact a vendor, PMs are never the way to go. Email or phone (or instant messaging if they have it) is the best.

Damn....i really wish i would have seen this thread before now...I was getting ready to get on here and rip these on there customer service and now i see this thread....Sent a PM to Strafe the other day asking the price for fiberglass Impul sides shipped to my house....a couple days later i received a PM back stating that the price shipped was $250. So i made the purchase a couple hours later i receive an email from someone at Strafe stating that price is not something that they can do and that they need a screen shot of the PMs. So i provide one, a couple hours later i get an email back stating that they cannot give me this price. So what the hell was the point in me taking a screen shot of the PMs, and I'm sorry that your employees cannot properly look up pricing of certain products but if that is the case do not return PMs. My business now belongs to BAUS auto, they took care of me with my carbon fiber front splitter, and gave me an extremely reasonable price on the sides, but when i saw the Strafe price i couldnt pass that up. Sorry but that is shitty customer service, anyway you put it. I know that the price i was quoted was cheap, but if you dont know the price of your own products please do not sit here and waste all of our time...

BAUS auto you will have a PM shortly with my order.

I made a misquote from and old list. I sent you a PM with an apology. I normally don't deal with bodykits and Dustin was out of the office. Dustin did want to see the proof and you provided it. He said he would honor the price this time. So yes Perks11 it was my mistake in favor of you. Again we apologize for the misquote.

my problem was not with the quote at all. i understand **** happens and we all make mistakes, no one is perfect, myself included. My problem came from the e-mail exchanges. Where i was asked to provide a screen shot, i provided the screen shot, and then was still told that the price could not be given to me. When you gave me the price i knew that it seemed low, so i questioned the purchase from the get go. but your owner telling customers that i shouldn't tell someone how to run a business is not the proper way of developing a solution to our problem, especially when all i said was that customer service was not Strafe's strong point, which i believe many members of this site would agree with.

And yes he did say that he would honor the price quote after i returned his e-mail saying that was ridiculous. To be honest if someone would have called me and said hey we gave you a misquote, what can we do to make the situation work on both ends, i would have easily worked with you to find a price where both of us were happy.

But when the main line of communication is via e-mail and your owner continues to say that he knows how to run a business when no where in our previous conversations have i told him how i would think Strafe should run there business, that's when i begin to have a problem. Once again i would like to stress that i had no problem with your misquote, your apology is accepted, not that i really needed one, but i appreciate it. My problem is with the way your boss poorly handled the situation.

Yoshi they may be busy but they are running a business. Doesn't take much time to send an email with an updated status.

Marcus sometimes we aren't in the office or available. We do try to answer emails and pms. We answer quite a few emails and inquiries. Since we both have our email address listed we ask all our customers to e mail us and not use the forum for faster responses or questions. Quarterbacking a company you aren't involved in really isn't fair and as a Admin we ask if you kindly rethink these type of posts. Thanks in advance and yes I already know what you want to say.

I asked Kindly
