I like S2K, they are a lil tiny for me but look cool.
They probably get good mileage, small engines. Whats their typ. MPG?

I like the idea of getting a 240 until you finish mech. school. That way you pay cash money and u are done with payments so you don't have to worry about it until you make money.

Btw there is a chance that I will be moving to Brazil in Q1 2013 for a few years due to a really good job opp, so if that happens I might end up selling the G and there will be a massive part out (((

As they get older they burn more gas and a heavy foot doesn't help. Mine is 6MT, 103,000 miles and I've been using regular gas to save some $$$. Good luck.

I'm all about saving money, but there is a reason that Infiniti specifies 91& up....and its not cuz they work for a gas co.

Infiniti specifies high octane but when you eliminate the "cats" (no catalytic converters), you can use a lower octane gasoline. It may affect engine performance but I don't feel much difference.

This is why it's so risky buying a used car. What one person finds to be "okay", another person finds to be ridiculous.

With lower octane you run the risk of early detonation which can cause engine failure. For all practical purposes, use what the manufacturer recommends.
