White Coupe w/ rims P.shop
Can anyone photoshop a white coupe with these wheels? I'm on the verge of purchase and need a better feel for what they'd look like. Thanks.

IMO: I don't like how the spoke makes a 90 degree turn in. It might look cool now, but not in 6 months to a year from now. But its your car buddy..... good luck and have fun......I would much rather have these:

Find a better picture of the rims (one that's at straight on look) and it will look better. This one looks horrible....

you can barely see the rims, but get the idea how agressive they are...look a the ones on the car, not the ones taken off. Here's a link to pictures of the rims themselves..

Sorry to be so obnoxious in this string, but I sent an email to the guy running the auction and he sent me back a better pic of the rims. I have yet to see a meaner looking G35...

They do look nice, but tooooo tuner'ish..... I don't see the 'class' with those wheels........This wheel would look mean and classy at the same time:

I would definitely agree with you. Not feasible to put wheels on a 35K car that cost 5-6K...... wouldn't make sense.

The guy was smart, he sold his stock rims right when he got the car, so they were new, and used the cash to offset the purchase of the new rims. So net out of pocket was not that bad, and the end result worth the effort. I too would not spend $3500 on just rims, but if by selling my original equip knocked the price to 1500....no sweat.

That's an interesting perspective; there was another thread that stated it was a waste to get a nice car (in the $35K range) and then put cheap wheels on it. While I admit that 6 grand is a big chunk of change, I don't think I would want cheap looking, possibly heavy rims on my nice looking car. Just a thought.
