Can't wait.
I have alot more experience now, so im optimistically shooting for 9.2
Last trip to irwindale, I managed a 9.5 with a bad 2.37 60ft.
With a 2.1 60ft (and proper shifting) which I hope I can achieve by now, I hope to see 9.2 unless other things factor in such as whether or the track itself.
Just a few more days for "7 Runs"

Just a Stillen CAI & Spacer.
Haven't had time to install the CCV, which I will try to do before thursday.
I just hope I can get consistency on my 60ft. It's been a roller coaster for me ever since my first track trip. I think this might be my lucky 5th trip; I have higher hopes than before.
Oh yeah, regarding the issue of the slight downhill on the stage area; anyone have a suggestion on how to prevent this? It makes the car roll gradually. Last time, it completely made me loose my concentration, especially the first time. [Put it on reverse to back up, and the count immediately started

The idea of using the hand brake...
. I guess I don't have a choice, but I will have to get use to it. Might try using this technique somewhere else, say a lonely street, to get use to it. Because the idea might get to my head the first couple of times. Oh, and by using the hand brake, im assuming I release it immediately after the count starts? Or will that be too late/early? I guess its common sense, but I atleast wan't to have a better idea.
If being there at 2 gives me 20 runs, then so be it
.
Yeah, I'll be there at 4 sharp. This time, traffic will not be an excuse.

I know using the hand brake idea is crazy but in reality I don't think there's any other way lol Just practice a bit before Thursday and you'll do just fine.
I press and hold the button and once the green light turns on, or when you plan on releasing the clutch, that's when I push down on the e-brake. It's not hard.

I might not make it guys... won't know for sure till tomorrow. New job (two locations) and trying to find a place to move between the 2 - taking a bunch of my time.
I will know better tomorrow...

I'm gonna be running just a lil late. Should be there by 4:30 or so.
They're finishing the final details on the kitchen. And since no one is home, guess who has to stay! lol
