Pioneer Avic-Z110bt in stock face

Custom woodgrain DD
Okay...so i have woodgrain direct from factory and had installed a new avic-z110bt using a JDM double dash trim. I didn't really like the contrast between the 2 and the JDM edge's were sharp where the stock trim was rounded...
So, I decided to dremel out the stock face. I'm not sure if anyone has tried this, but I haven't actually dremel'd yet. I just measured what and marked where I would dremel and also where on the mounting brackets I would have to drill in order to get the unit as flush with the trim as possible...
will keep you guys posted...oh and the dual a/c controls fit perfectly in the stock face...there will be a gap in the trim because i'm getting rid of the 4 holes that are above the old unit, but that will be filled with trim
so i will have for sale, soon, a stock 6 cd radio and the JDM face
keep you guys posted!

I have the wood trim, and have been going back and forth about wrapping the dash pieces with the carbon fiber look vinyl to keep the consistent look between the JDM piece and the wood, or cutting the stock dash to fit the new stereo.
Which way is better? Any recommendations to making the cutting option easier?
