So CSI Miami was on TV (rerun in the background, I never watch it)... and I happened to notice a car meet kinda thing... and a couple modded cars racing... I didn't watch the episode 'cause as soon as I saw the location I jumped on internet to find pics - Episode is called "High Octane" original air date was 11/6/06:
