No, it does have cloth seats. Pretty much no accessories, sadly. No hid's, auto dimming mirror, or heated/power seats. I just installed aftermarket hid's tho. Pretty nice cutoff for halogen projectors.

I just snapped a few. How can you tell from the exterior the difference between an 03 & 04? Is it the doggy door? Because I don't have one.

03.5 G35 Sedans didn't come with a doggy door. I just detailed one about 3 weeks ago. Thats what i am thinking you may have, because i have always been under the impression that you could not get cloth after 04..

So, I checked my registration last night & it said 2004. Do the 03.5 say 2004? Maybe this one was the only 2004 to roll out with cloth before they stopped manufacturing them.
