Not sure how you're gonna be able to spend over a grand for both total being "broke" but ok

I think this thread has lost it's purpose simply due to these cars becoming older and cheaper to own.. It was originally started in 2004, when these were $35K+ cars marketed at the older crowd or business professionals. If you walk into any infiniti dealer today, finding someone under 35 in the market for a NEW to 1 year old Infiniti is not that common.
A good coorelation is to ask how many people under 35 bought a Q50? Odds are, not many. Come back in 10 years and I'm sure there will be quite a few.
I paid nearly $30K for my '06 when I was 27 years old. The forums were definitely different back then vs today. Just an observation, not a criticism or smug comment

You're right. Thread should probably go away. I paid A LOT less than 30k for my g35, I have the money to buy new cars, but I'm so hard on them (bad stop and go traffic, lots of rocks on the roads, lots of miles + 3 kids.) I rarely spend more than 2-3k on a car, keep it for a year or two, and sell it for what I paid for it, Sometimes more sometimes less. This was a bit of a splurge for what I paid for it. But I really hope to keep it longer.
