I'm another G35 sedan owner at far other side of planet (Yerevan, Armenia)

It's 2005 G35x AWD (Premium C package) 115K miles so far
Just turned 1 year of owning, bought from Washington, in a great condition...
it's Twilight Pearl Blue color

replaced (service) few items, still running on all OEM,
oil consumption is about 250ml/1000mile with Castrol 5w30 synthetic

planning to install remote starter and Nexus 7 pad in place of Navi. connect to audio system through GROM and OBD through Bluetooth. I'll post photos when will do that mod.

"go Infiniti and beyond",
---Hayk

Hi !

I'm fueling premium gas, which is the middle one in market. But overall the quality of is not good here. So the consumption in city cycle is about 15-17L/100km. On freeways (or when on cruise control) it's 6~10L ... when on conditioner in summers it raise up to 18L

last year I used to drive in neighbor country with good quality gas and it was about 12(13)L in city cycle.

your 11 is in city or mixed with freeways or freeway?

Hi!
here is also fuel quality not so good!
I drove 95 octane gas and my engine started to detonating.
the brands of fuel is here:
Statoil-Norwegian, quality is 50%-50%, sometimes good sometimes not, it is also premium here 98 octane.
Neste- Finnish company, not good, car is like driving hand brake on.
Olerex- this is estonian, so and so.
But I was in Lithuania and they have ORLEN gas factory and this is superb gasoline they have. Car is almost flying.
My fuel consumption in urban is 12.5L/100 km.
highway 8-9L/100 km.
And mixed is 11L/100 km.
But now my car is in repair process, cause I installed new clutc(Exedy Stage 1)
and I did not repl. the OEM flywheel, and now car is shuttering and rattling, so in next week I have to put new flywheel also. Maybe fuel consumption will go much better.
They say that flywheel has effect on fuel consumption.
What brand of fuel you have at your country?

the problem is that gasoline here is reselled by local companies. Originally it's mostly coming from Russia, but then hell know what kind of low level sh*t they are mixing
I just change fuel filter more often. Fuel consumption difference from documented is 90% of gas quality... so... no choice...

As for flywheel, I never had complains so far. BTW, my AWD model is on 5AT
