Piston repair estimate

I already know this is a good deal but I need some extra confirmation. The only reason I bought them was because of the pauter rods. I can probably find a better deal as time goes on, anyways. These are used , with 5k miles , I'm not sure if I believe that, or if pistons really go through this much damage. Maybe they do I'm not too sure, what would it cost to repair something like this, I will be paying 700.

Not sure what they are fixing. The side profile shot of the piston scares me a bit because protrusions. Please clarify!

I want you to tell me if I can buy these pistons and get a reliable build. I assumed they would have to file the top scratches.

I would be more worried about pic number 7 of 10. What is on the top of the piston is nothing but the side of that piston looks like it has made contact with something and messed it up. Personally I would replace that with new.

Ugh just got into an accident with a pole , awd plus traction off is so ****ing weird , the whole car twirls like a ballerina so easily , there goes my tt plans until next year , ****
