Some updates, the car is alnoat completely done but damn it needs a tune. Cams and all the bolt ona makes it get a slight misfire at 3500rpm. Thinking about etuninng with admin tuning or z1. Haven't decided fully yet.

Why not tune with Osiris? And don't hate but I like the way she looked in the opening post of this thread better than the new version. I'm just a big fan of simplicity. I am impressed at your long term vision and tenacity, I don't think I have it in me to work on a 2 year project like this lol.

I'm tuning with Osiris but I have to get my license off the old ECU first. I'm thinking going with Z1 to get an etune. Remember, if it wasn't for the rot that came out of nowhere, I'd have no fender flares at this point. Just think of the carbon and blue as a background color to something bigger though.

What flares did you use? I might want to do something similar to hide rust repairs and i like how those look on your car a lot. I like most of what you've done, cool car!

SBLW flares. Hit them up and tell em I sent you, they might be able to help you with cost. I got mine in carbon

Hah thanks man, I'm hoping this will be the final time that I paint this car. Taking it down to factory and going with something a little more special

Well I think I'll be having fun, it compliments the theme of the car and once I get the paint done properly, I think I'll finally be happy.

Don't lie to yourself, those of us with a serious mod bug are never truly happy. There's always that "just one more mod and it'll be perfect" thought lurking…..

It's an addiction that's hard to control.
