For those not in the know, the carbonetic (ATS) differential is a very high performance diff that will give you more grip and performance than the stock VLSD and MUCH better than the open differential.

The 3.5 Final drive will also help you accelerate faster if you currently have a 3.3 FD.

The differential was whining before I replaced it, I have been told that it is because the bearings are bad. If you use your bearings, should be no problem but I am no drivetrain expert.

The carbonetic diff retails for $1500
