Ok guys...The list looks good...I've made changes and have added $20 bucks at the end of the names of people who doesn't know what they are bringing...I was thinking $10 a person that is bringing something. Unless it's alcohol or meat which is expensive. The reason for the $10 is to cover the 155-165 reservation and I would like to have some money to do the raffle for the stickers.

Just to let everyone know that I"m going to be paying for the meat from my pocket and i'm going to make sure there's enough for everyone...I know that there's going to be last minute flakers so lets keep the admin. fee at $10 for people bringing stuff and whoever is bringing people please be sure to pay the full $20 bucks...I'm trying to keep this fair across the board...Some are bringing more then others. I need to keep the fee so i can at least pay for the reservation fee. The meat and the eggrolls I''ll pay for for this meet. I'm not here to make money.

If everyone shows and there's plenty of food then i think $5 a head for those who bought something would be good just to cover the spot and the raffle...Because i can't take all of the bill on this one. The meat will be about 50-80 bucks and the rolls will be about 30-40 bucks that i'm not looking forward to make or get reimbursed. So i need the admin. fee to cover the reservation and the park fee...That i can't handle on my own...

So for those of you trying to get away with cups and napkin...Just pay the admin fee or find something good to bring...This list is the most revised list. Please find your name and remember to bring that item or tell me if you can bring that item...Thank you and looking forward to the BBQ...
