Hai-Let's start keeping track of who brings what. We don't want 20 people all bringing plates and napkins. We need a variety of foods. Also I know that Lawrence volunteered to cook but I don't want him to be the only person cooking. He should get a chance to mingle and chill too. Can we get a couple of more people to volunteer to cook. I'll ask John (gametox) if he is willing to volunteer his services. He was out master chef at our last BBQ. I think Kurtis cooked also. Everyone's help is much appreciated.

Yup. Also if someone is bringing lil cheap misc items. They can also pitch in for the meat. Since meat is probably the most expensive item.

Hopefully everyone will bring some kind of food dish. If you really suck at cooking (like me) and prefer to chip in for meat or other misc items that we will also need, that is fine too. But what made our last BBQ so good was that almost everyone brought food.

Have you notice when we talk about money no one wants to put in...I wasn't planning to have anyone donate...I rather prefer the come and bring something...If they want to pitch in then great...I just don't want people to come empty handed...The meat and the alcohol is the most expensive items...Most like alochol so I would gather a tally on the alcohol bill...Lawrence has the hook-up so i'll need to give him money for the bill and you guys can pay me after...If we can get a good head count for that...

maybe we can make a list of everything that we will need
so that people can get an idea of what they should bring..
(sorry if it's been posted already)
as far as donation..
maybe we can collect around 10 dollars if
people don't wanna bring anything..
(again..sorry if somebody already mentioned it)
