WTF?? The BBQ is cancelled??

 

wow this is depressing!

 

The person, who represented socalg35.com, originally set up this BBQ. However, on April 12 due to some conflict of interest he resigned as a moderator from socalg35.com. Socalg35.com took control of the BBQ and as this event was representing our website. We have decided to officially cancel this event, per request of George and Fred (founders/administrators). We do not want to take any credit for someone else’s work since they have left our website and do not represent us accordingly.

 

I'm not going to trash talk anyone but the BBQ associated with the other site should be cancelled.. I think there will be another thread up soon so don't panic..or schedule anything for that day IMO much better for the G commuinity as a whole..

How is that for skirting or dodging the issue?

Don't I repeat plan anything yet keep your day open...

 

why can't we still meet up, about a hundred people wanted to show up. Why let this situation stop the rest of us from getting together (not trying to step on anyones toes tho)

I heard there was drama about the BBQ, but man I didn't think it was that serious. Oh well I can't attend anyways. So goodluck with future plans.
