Whats up guys? I am new to this site. I was wondering if anybody in So. Cal would be interested in having a G35 dyno day? I am the dyno operator at GTR High Performance (Rancho Cucamonga) and also the proud new owner of a laser red 06 G35 coupe 6mt. If there is some interest, let me know and I can arrange for great prices and great fun! Thanks!

Welcome!

I'd be down for it but I need to save up for a few new mods first

Can we also get a copy of the run files?

As long as it's not on the 28th or 29th of this month, I'm in.

This is at GT Motorsports right..??? Sounds real good if that's the spot. Have any idea as to when your thinking about setting up this dyno day..?? Have to go talk to Sam anyway about some future mods

you should definately do a base dyno just to see where you started and once you get your future mods you'll know more or less what your gains are

I think its a different spot. Because George with the turbo G35 is over at GTM. I think that this place is other shop.

True, true.

But shouldn't dyno runs be taken with as little time as possible in between mods, or does it not matter?

a baseline dyno is nice, but isnt going to tell you much if you dyno again with just an exhaust, or just a spacer, or just test pipes, etc.. so if you see a slight difference in numbers between all stock and a couple breather mods...you can't rightfully say i gained (or lost for that matter) x amount of hp/tq.

dynos from different days with different conditions are going to give you different numbers.

G35 Dyno day
At this point I dont have a definite date...I can set it up based on popular demand. I would think Saturday would be best for most people. Ideally 10cars would secure the $45 price, however if there are slightly less or more cars, I would be willing to negotiate the price. I operate the Dyno at GTR High Performance, not GT Motorsports (different shop). Let me know guys!
thanks!
