No worries Mike. Maybe next time.
and for some reason I wasn't feeling to well yesterday but still needed to go since it was gonna be my only day available until about 3 weeks or so...
Well looks like I'm in the 8s club now!
My best time was 8.952 @ 80.34mph. 60ft was a 2.165.
I was only able to do 3 runs since I got there @ 6 and it was PACKED like a ****!!! I hit 8.9s teice and on the 3rd run a missed 2nd and got a 9.6 lol
It was somewhat of a warmer day, my best time was @ 79degrees.
The reflash gave me a bunch of uummmpph on the RPMs where I felt the car wasnt moving anymore, mainly between 3-4.5 RPMs.
I'm quite happy with the G at least for now lol
I know with more practice and better tires and practice some more, I'll be able to hit 8.8 if not 8.7s!!

Wally,
If you REALLY want to smile, get a set of DR's or Slicks
If you can manage 60ft of 1.7 on DR's, then you are looking at atleast an 8.5 since you managed an 8.9 with a 2.1. Not an easy thing to do on DR's, but its very possible.
Congrats on the 8's
PS. Got a helmet for Cal Speedway?

I'm gonna look into new set of wheels, lighter wheels, and maybe DRs for the track only. we'll see. but for now, I'm done modding it until I can't go faster! lol
and unfortunately I know i wont be needing a helmet for the track lol
time to go to Palm Springs and celebrate.
Chat with you guys on Sunday!
