Marcus, your Stillen heat shield looks different than norm - looks wider, shorter (front to back) and has a cutout on the fender side?... Is that a new design? Or am I crazy?... I'm thinking the dimensions might look off due to camera angle or something... but what’s up with the cut out on the side? Or is it actually a new design?

I don't think its a different design, got it from Riverside Infiniti last year and it looks exactly like the one pictured on Stillen's website to me. The dimensions may look off due to the wide angle of the shot.
