There's a parking lot in Monrovia...right on the border of Arcadia. The plaza shares a Circuit City and Office Depot, but the Circuit City is closed. It's right off the exit of the 210 on Huntington. Lot's of places for food, both restaurants and fast food. I'll check it out during the evening to see how lighting is and parking, but not many people go there really cos it's Office Depot.
