how can anyone sign up without time/date/location?

You'll have a long list of people and once the details are up the forum gets flooded with "ah man, gotta work that day" and "aw man, that's too far" and "aw man, let's do it on Sat not Sun", etc...

Happens all the time.

Best thing to do is - set a date, location and time and post up the details for sign up.

Otherwise post a couple (not more than two) options and let people decide (that sometimes get more convoluted than its worth though)...

The dates were between the 29th and the 5th. A couple peeps decided on the 29th since not to many people put their two cents in. How about 3:00 P.M., at Super Auto Toyz. Then we roll on down to Portillos as usual. Sound good? Or do people want a different date? Come on people lets hear some opinions.
