They do make coilovers for your car. I was the same way too with my M and was going to go with Teing, but was told ride was to stiff. So I went with JIC and they are perfect. Below is the link to the coilovers for your sedan. If you need help let me know.

Are you sure that's for my car and not for the 1st gen sedans?

Also, how will perform on canyon roads? I actually want something stiffer btw...

But it says that you have to have a minimum of 2 of those Alan. You have wheels and suspension so you are good if you wanna show your sedan.
