What the? A ticket for a stock exhaust? now that sounds pretty desperate if u ask me

Isnt it illegal for an officer without a cause to ask you to open your hood especially if you are just parked in private property. i could understand loitering in some cases but as for the cars

I've gotten a ticket for having a stock exhaust on my coupe....

The officer can ask you to pop the hood if he has probable cause.

A bunch of guys in a lot IS technically probable cause, given CA's history.

Everyone come on out this meet has been put on for 4+ yrs only had a problem once due to a guy who pulled up and doing burn outs.......1 G was pull over once for not plates no ticket........we have cops roll by but they see 40k cars and there cool.......

Weather should be good, maybe a little cold........everyone come out and support our exchange student "Calvin" he will tell us drifting stories.......

I'll be on my way up as soon as my son's soccer practice is over. He starts at 6:00 and usually ends around 6:45. My nephew will be driving as usual. And RST531, what are you talking about finding a sitter? I used to roll up all the time with the kids. Sometimes even in the mighty mini-van.
