I have about 3~4 guys meeting up near my place around 7:00~7:15 and we should be there around 7:45 also.

How about meeting up at this IHOP at 6am:

IHOP Restaurant
2227 N. Figueroa Street
Los Angeles, CA 90065

Then after we eat, we roll to Stillen at appox. 7am.
