I can't believe that only just over 30 members have paid for the biggest event
of the summer, and most of them post here on a regular basis....WTF? Maybe
it is a good idea to only show the members that have paid rather that the
wantomaybees.

Eh, Don't worry guys...Some just sign up when they see a lot of people coming...It's just like going to a party...Who's going? How many people are going to be there? Etc...Once the cut-off date is over the list will be revised and those that are going will only be listed...I will send a PM to all 1 week before cut-off..No response NO attendance.

CUT-OFF DATE IS AUG. 15 FOR MONEY. I NEED TO GET THE FINAL LIST TO THE PARK. THOSE THAT DON'T PAY WILL TAKEN OFF THE LIST AND THAT'S IT. WE WILL GET THE FOOD BASED ON THE AMOUNT GIVEN. IT'S SIMPLE. IT A NICE BBQ SO EVERYONE CHIP IN AND HAVE FUN. BRING WATER BALLOONS AND EXTRA CLOTHES!!! HAHA...
