Ugh I gave this lady a direct link to UPS tracking website, her tracking number, and 3 emails explaining how to use the website. She proceeded to "not get it" so I got fed up and sent her a screen shot. 15 minutes later I get an angry phone call from her wondering why she couldn't navigate the website... ummmmm because its a SCREENSHOT!SIGH stupid people....

Give her the UPS number and tell her to say her tracking number.. it's automated so it'll let her do it 3x after the 3rd time shell be sent to a rep. from there on the rep can pull track info with her address or track.
