Shane, I PM'd him earlier today and his response was "Why do you think it was so cheap, thank for looking." Fool didn't say sh*t about it being messed up in his thread or in any of our PM's, so he knew it was messed up. So basically I wasted my time and gas for that bs.

yeah man...apparently when he had it installed, he had silicon attached on the inside (which the guys at street image said was near impossible to get off) which apparently shrinks/expands, causing the wavy surface. The only way to fix it is to sand it back down and re-paint. I'm just pissed at the way he handled it, but whatever.

Seph: I got the y-pipe for $100. The sound isn't much louder w/ the HFCs, but it revs quite a bit smoother. It does get throatier at 4k+. BTW I don't have anywhere to be later tonight so I'll stay until whenever.
