The 2 pipes that connect from the cats to the H pipe..kinda looks like S's but I'm not sure what they're called exactly.

Yeah something is definitely wrong...I just took another look and there's no way it should be lying that low. Anyone feel the itch to work on a car tonight??? LOL

Right after that (going towards the rear), there's this big polished muffler can and the bottom sits a little lower than the brace. It kinda makes me nervous cuz there's no protection for it..already scraped it several times.

EDIT: Hey Shane, I remember you had a similar problem with the fast intentions exhaust hanging low. Did you fix it after switching the s pipes? I have a feeling mine might be the same problem...damn Greddy and their no install instructions BS.
Lol homie wait til you see my tanabe muffler part you'd be like HOLY SHXT? I remember I had the same problem with my HKS single exhaust, you're gonna have to modify your hanger a little bit if you don't want it to hang that low. At least that's what I did, it helped a lil bit but I was still scraping like a mothafuxker.. Are you going to the meet this Thursday man?? I won't ditch you again if you go
