2. I like the area and it's away from everyone else though traffic is still getting worse!!!
3. Get away from my family hahaha

idealy i'g like to live more in Saugus/Valencia area but we'll see!

I'd love to live other places but even with the market down, prices of homes in those areas are simply ridiculous!!!!

I almost moved to Val Verde once. That actually would of been cool to live there.

Working full time since after HS, fell into a pretty good paying job 2 years ago...savings haha I will prob. end up parting my car out too . I wanna move out so bad but i just can't find it in my to go out and rent, I'd rather save that $700-1200 month rent to put as a DP on a house!!!
I'm hopeing with my car stuff i can pull around $60k+ this year, pretty good for a 22 yr old with no degree haha!!!
