It's the Holiday Armadillo!!!!! I just saw this episode with my gf this weekend.

That armadillo has no hair fool. If you're gonna represent us, then at least do it right....

 

He teaches Ross' kid, Ben, about Hannukah. Since Ben had Santa visit him for Christmas, the only thing available to rent was an Armadillo, so Ross became the Holiday Armadillo that spread the word to his son about Hannukah.

Well, theyre not really. It was more like a joke. Ross didn't know what to dress up as or they didn't have any other costumes so he chose the Armadillo. Basically he wanted to teach his kid about Hanukkah and associating it with some character, like the Easter Bunny with Easter.

It's not true in real life, just the show Friends...at least I hope.
