A little advice: I suggest we make this a Bi-Montly meet. If we make this every week, it make get a little tiresome for some people and turnouts would start to decrease. Just speaking from personal experience.

Oh, any meets that overlap on the R&R meet is also not a great idea. Turnouts would be like 1 or 2

Just a few suggestions.
