I like built in, easier to remove and out on and its secure, the other ones just slip on, i personally dont really like that!

You guys think built in studs will hold if I ever track the car?

Also I'm getting some Gram lights with a +22 all around 9.5 front 10.5 rears if I run 20mm spacers up front. And 25mm in the rear to bring it to a +2 up front and -3 rear would I need carmber arms up front?

Bolt-on spacers are easy to remove. Might as well remove them during track events.
