I personally prefer lugs that blend in cause if you have a nice looking wheel design i wanna focus on that and not loud lugs. Either way i like both just prefer one over the other.

I think Neo Chrome would look great. The black would bring attention to the wheels, maybe too much to the lug nuts as you mentioned Shane, but the neo chrome, not so much attention to the lugs.
