My keyboard hasnt had a working enter key for a year and they won't replace it =(

More specifically, the IT guy won't replace it.

lol.. this isnt the company keyboard. that one failed last year -__- and never got replaced.. i kept jacking ppls keyboards but they kept swaping it back so I just bought a new one... Its the same Razer as the one I have at home.. I've gone through 3 of these ****ers -__- within a year.. bleh.. at least their warranty is good.. maybe I should ask if I can test their products -_- no wear on the keyboard what-so-ever.. **** just stops working -__-
