Yep they do. But, hubcentric rings don't exist for that size, only for 15mm and above. The spacer ends up sitting flush w/ the hub. It's not needed anyways. Just make sure u torque it to 110NM (81.14 ft/lbs).

Rear: 19x10.5 +22 Tire:275/35/19
I want to run these in the front. The rear's sit pretty flush

U can run 15mm in the front, heck, maybe even 20mm. I'm running 19x9.5 +7 in the front w/ 10mm spacers. Any less would've still looked sunken in.
