Yeah I read about that.

Think I might go with RSR springs since there close to oem spring rates, if not I might just my Spring mod.

Just wanna get a little lower...

See what being bored at work does to people.. lol

Unless you are going to track your car, stock spring rates are awesome! High speed manuevers on public highways/streets FTL! Hey Robin, I saw you needed your 30k done. It is a bit far but I would recommend Corner 3 Garage, thats where I got mine done and I'm about to go back as soon as I hit 60k. The co-owner was a Nissan master tech before he started the shop, and they have great knowledge about and work on tons of 350z/G35s.

Thanks for the info. How much do they charge? I talked to Victor, the tustin infiniti tech today and he'll do the full 30k service parts/labor for $350, and he'll do it at the dealership.

In that case that would be cheaper.

I think I paid 380 and I brought my own oil/oil filter/in cabin filter.

So I paid around 450 total. I'm still going to back to Corner 3 though. Nima is my boy.

Don't pay for 30k service. Do it yourselfn its only an oil change and air filter. No need to change cabin filter they stay clean for a long time

My cabine filter already smells like wet mildew rags. Gotta replace it...

After looking at the 30k service... Here are the stuff that applies to me:

Replace engine oil and filter
Replace in-cabin microfilter
Lubricate all locks/hinges
Replace manual transmission fluid
Replace differential oil (if applied)
Replace engine coolant/flush system
Replace engine drive belts
Replace manual transmission oil

That really doesn't equal $700 or so they charge at the dealers. Not even $350.. hmmm..

Theres a lot more to it than that, granted most of the other stuff is inspection, but still important in my opinion. It is only once every 30k so to me it is worth it to have peace of mind. Air cabin filter I changed out myself at 30k real easy theres a DIY somewhere around here.
