I'm looking at opening up a Tire Shop at the moment

I'm gonna go check out the location later on with my dad and a friend who already has a tireshop to check it out and see what we would need to do so it can function better as Tire Shop and down the line as a Performance Shop/Tire Shop

First I need stability as a Tire Shop.. Get a lift if the place does not have one and then think of inventory ... Don't want to stock up on things that will just there ofcourse tho I will stock many G parts and the universal Honda and Acura Stuff and a few Toyota and EVO stuff
