hey guys..so i think my rear left shock blew out..but iono how to tell. It just makes a loud noise...everytime i go over a bump or i put pressure on that side when i turn. Don't know what to do. AND another one of my tires has another nail in it. Gonna get it fixed tomorow. Thinking about getting coilovers now. This is sucks....

it could be your endlinks to your sway bars is more of a knocking noise? if its more of a knock its your endlinks

Do you have sway bars? if so thats the problem. As I advised before upgrade your Endlinks as Tyco advised, but to 05+ sport endlinks. Much stronger endlinks

this last weekend I took the wifey out to look at some cars. (g37) she fell in love and wanted to get it right there and then and trade in the bmw.. haha she has always been a bmw girl until now. She would like to have the coupe but the sedan is more her style she says. well it looks as will be getting a G37 sedan soon.

wish I could get G37 seats.

 

UPDATE: Hey guys, no I don't have sway bars. So I went to the tire shop today to repair my tire. I told them about the noise and they said they'll take a look at it afterwards. So just my luck...when we were test driving the car around....there was NO noise. He said maybe it was my spring or something. He said since we jacked up one side of the car...it might have popped the spring back into place or something. I dunno, theres no noise right now. Hopefully it'll stay like that.

 

is it like a big pop sound? cause my front strut will sometimes make a loud pop sound as if it bottomed out. since I changed springs havent heard the sound yet.
