We had a good discussion and if all of you guys agree, we want to make some changes to the team:
-No more staff system. This means no more set positions, this includes myself. All the responsibilities lie on the founders as a whole. More in detail later.
-No treasury until we figure out first where it's going to. This means those that have dilligently paid their dues, thank you so much. But, we will be refunding you all your payments until we figure out how to use our treasury.
-We will have major meets maybe once every month, or every 2 months. But, to increase involvement and to keep the spark going, we'll have mini-meets bi-monthly.
-Those that have been seen as not involved in the past few months will be notified soon. We want to see how serious you are in staying in GLANCE.
If I missed anything, post it up, fellas. I'm excited for the new GLANCE!

Just got back from K1 i couldnt stand my weak assssss lap time of 33.45 so now im a 29.03 and my cuzn is at 28.34 lol

thanx man.. i didnt even go due to a surprise event which i had no clue of lol
turned out it was one of my cuzns Bdays earlier in the week and they were celebrating it today... so i ate some Birria and Carne Asada with a few Brewskis
next time nextime.. lol
Also i might become a vendor for tires on here but only to the people in SoCal and iw ill try to mostly push used tires with atleast 6/32 - 8/32 even wear on them.. and try to push stuff like the INVOs or T1Rs or FK452 and what ever everyone is after...
im sure i can give prices close to Global tires and you guys can just get them installed at the Tire Shop of your choice.. Unless i educate my friends employees on how to properly deal with our cars and wheels... TOrQ Wrench.. lol..
