hei guys this is the situation if we wish to have a reserved lot at the beach we would need to fork over some money, (~$20)

the other option is Santa Barbara Community College, which is (~$10) + insurance and all the paperwork

so we're open to suggestions

 

We ran into the same issue when planning the Sedan Showcase GTG. Its pretty tough to find a good location where a bunch of cars can park together (without worrying about other cars parking in a particular area) without needing a reservation.

From what I read on Stanceworks they are considering having vendors/sponsors at this event. Is there anyway to get the vendors and sponsors to pay for the fees related to reserving the beach lot? If they spread the cost over a few sponsors shouldn't be much to them at all.

 

^^yah that was the idea, to have vendors step up and pay for the reservation costs and then people come and pitch in for the food and stuff so it evens out

that and do a drop in meet lol which is go early and save the spots lol
