i think if we should try our 818 thurs. meet on a sun one week and see if more people show up ? what do u guys think

 

^^well its funny how we have our 818 meets and like 4-5 people show up but when people mention an sfv meet zomygad lets all good.. its basically the SAME thing

we only moved it to LA so it would be central and not focused in the SFV because most people from the SFV stopped coming

so now some people want a MORE SFV based meet? uhhhh?

 

^ Thats the reason why I'm trying to setup an SFV meet, because like I said before, alot of people work during the week and can't sit thru traffic for like an hour or 2 to go to a meet in downtown...specially coming from the west valley and being stuck on the 101, not fun...

Also as you can see alot of people are interested in an actual SFV meet, and im sure some people from Ventura County and the western parts of town would be able to join as well...

So Promenade Mall on a weekend, are you guys up for that? April 10-11 or April 17-18? It depends when we decide to go to the MB2 Raceway in Sylmar, don't want it to conflict with that.

P.S. I think it's great that we have the downtown meet going on and have this side SFV meet going as well, then we can combine the 2 groups once a month or so, and get a bigger meet...just a thought...

 

^^oh no i got u man, my point was that when we were in la crescenta which is rather sfv range people stopped going, i mean at the height when ALL meets were huge we had a good amount and then they just died so that might have something to do with it

but hei more power to u, if people will come by you got a few of us OG's that will come through for sure

lets decide on a spot and date. and make this happen. the downtown meet takes forever to get to with all that traffic. it would be nice if there was a meet on this side of the 818

You guys are seriously trippin, if everyone came at the same time later on around 830-9(since noone ever shows up at 730-8 anymore) you will find there is mild traffic if any getting there.

I def suggest northridge/porter ranch. Even the promenade is like 10 min from LA location.

i don't care were as long as there is STUFF to do around that area, so u guys from that area know were its poppin

 

lets do MB2 after the meet it will be somewhere to go and a nice drive with good parking and its open til midnight

 

Promenade Mall off Topanga this Sunday March 28th at 4:00 pm to get a feel of how many West SFV/Westlake/Camarillo/Ventura peeps there actually are...and how many are willing to come out yeh? once people meet up it would be easier to discuss a more official meet up date and time. This way it won't conflict with any track date you guys have planned, just a thought.

there's also super duper car sunday on the 28th. the last sunday of the month is always the biggest and best meet. its located at the promenade mall on topanga and oxnard. Ill be there with a few friends... holla!
