Last Thursday my good friend manuel went to surgery to get his tonsils removed. It was suppose to be a quick and easy surgery but the unexpected happen. The surgical team for did not realize he has stopped breathing for the pass 6 minutes. The brain will start to die quickly without oxygen after 4 minutes, his body went into shock and he had a massive heart attack. They brought him to the ICU San bernadino medical hospital, and did some test but sadly found out that he had no brain activity . He was on life support till 8 pm last night were they pulled the plug. He was a father of four young kids, with a stay home mom. They will have a fundraising car wash tomorrow at Lakewood, ca for the funeral. Car wash will be Off Lakewood and sterns at the "Ok burger restaurant " from 9am to 3pm any donations will help .... Thanks guys hope to see you guy there..I'll be there at 9Am helping out..

Damn sad story, can't believe that happened from a simple tonsil removal procedure...its like you cant trust any doctor/hospital out there...
