should we just do this on June 25th? Same location, same time and just hang-out and meet new people. how does that sound. If there are venders that want to do some give always then that would be better. But i am down for this meet. Maybe some beach time as well.

i want to tell u guys i have a plan in mind to help set this up but the date in my mind is a little later than the usual Huntington meet in previous years. If you guys agree to July 9, 2011, im sure we can make this a big event where we can get a couple of vendors to come out and show their support as well.

 

Well, it's almost midnight and i don't know who is still up but i am down for either the 25th or the 9th. Both days work for me. Let's hope this thread blows up and gets started. I am hoping to have 120+ G and Z there. that would be awesome.

 

i do not mind hosting the event. ill try posting up an official thread for this meet ASAP. just need to plan a few things out before making it official

 

I will try my best to be there! aka request the date off asap once it's official. The sooner we can get the official date the better.

I would say the 9th if it means the wait leads to a better show, just my .02 cent

 

of course. if we wanted to just make it a meet we could do it sooner, but we have the attendees entertainment in mind so we want to have vendors and raffles so that everyone can have a fun time.

Hey obvis07 Sounds like you just signed youself up for this new task. Just like Field of Dreams, "If you build it, they will Come". Let try to stick to the normal dates which is June 25th (Saturday). I see that the sign up sheet is ready. Let do this!!!!!!! Can someone also post this to other forum as well including the Z's site.?

i dont mind setting this event up. i am just planning a few things out to make this enjoyable for everyone. so we can have a nice raffle going and a place to meet and cruise to afterwards
