HAHA omg man you're never gonna let that go. In that case, you owe me a reservoir tank. That's what you get for opening your big mouth! Originally Posted by butkiss1

^ I've seen you ask this question several times. If you don't know why you won't get a direct answer in the threads, no can help you understand that. Hope you're not trying to bait him, though. Go ask BoostedLife in a PM for his version of the events.
Mike (OCG) - thanks again for setting this up & keeping the order. Would be great if this turns into a yearly companion to the Sedan GTG. I can't remember the last time a dyno day was offered in Socal local to most of us. The Church guys were great - now I'm itching to get a tune done.

Mike set it up ASAP!
We need to step to the track and settle this!
I'm borderline embarrassed at what this (and the other) thread has become...Originally Posted by butkiss1

Andrew (Porsche), Sue (Vette) and Cliff (TTG37) had the impression that this was a good group of enthusiasts... now I'm not surprised if they are reading it thinking they clicked a Honda Civic forum...
Bill, Vlad, Mark, Jairen (all the other old school guys are gone) - you guys know that track days happen... I dont think this forum banter does anything but make the community look adolescent...
Let's try to respect each other as fellow enthusiasts and tone the banter down... If you want to let out your aggressions and do burnouts on someones nutz - bombard the Mustang forums or sumthin'

Don't worry about what's done to my car. I'm here to try and find out some info about this drag race (cause it was done at a drag strip, right?) however I am saying you guys should come to a road course, especially you since your car is 100% functional?Originally Posted by SDGenius

And yes, there are some ideas that might go real nice with the big Sedan GTG in the future (not sure I want to delve into it - but it will be cool if we do it - details later
)As for the baiting thing from whats-his-name... yes, of course that's what he's doing - I don't think anyone with the level of "performance" knowledge that he portrays/pretends would not read between the line... but a guy wanted to stir up trouble I guess would be oblivious

Thanks Church and OCG for setting this up and making this a great meet and turnout. Very organized and timely dynos! I really hope you guys can setup another one soon.
+1 on having a track day

except it only makes sense when you are comparing same track same day (just like dyno) Derek runs low 13's on east coast N/A - he ran slower when he was out here with Single Turbo (one of many examples)...[/QUOTE]
^ True my fastest FI time was 13.03 on street tires in Socal my fastest N/A out there was 14.3 with DRs
I raced Rookie in his TT FX35 the same day and he was on DR's and had over 100hp on me he was running 12.7 not much faster.
DA plays alot especially if your N/A Socal will never see the DA I see here on the east coast. If you did all you guys would be low 13's and high 12's.
Just for reference my car made 273hp/255tq on shawn's dyno with that same tune my car ran 13.4 on the east coast.
I think you guys should try to make it to Sac one day you know if I was still there I would be down to go.

I wonder if my bad cats had something to do with my low numbers....they were throwing a light before i swapped them for the test pipes but now that theyre back on they werent throwing a light anymore...weird...
My torque curve does look nice and flat thru the whole powerband tho and the max torque comes on very low at around 2500rpm...
Can't wait to swap out the cats and dyno again, would love to see the increase every mod makes on my car...if we had more of these dyno days that would be perfect!
