Ima gonna pick up some slicks.
13‘s are possible with slicks....just spin the street tires way to easy....and I will never pull the 1/4 mile in 3rd gear again the Vq sounded like she was gonna explode.I was a hundred. Yards away from the finish @ like 7300rmp .power fell off and the g made a sound I've never heard her make ........sounded like she was gonna pop.

 

^I've heard a lot of good reviews about the Mickey Thompson ET Street radials, they should be worth looking into.

 

For sure with slicks or drag radials. I've heard that sound before crossing the line. Once you hear the power drops of like crazy like you let off or something.

If you have the time check your spark plugs make sure the tips are not damaged.

that might be deteonation man.... make sure you drop some 104 octane boost...4 or 5 of them in your car since Cali has low gas ratings to ensure you are safe while beating on it at the track.
