I like to pass the word when I receive good service so members in the area can use this to their advantage.

I brought my coupe to Ray Brandt Infiniti (Metairie Louisiana) twice for a few warranty items and I just wanted people to know that I always receive excellent service from them.
While they were not able to solve all of the issues (one of them being an annoying dash rattle that they couldn’t replicate) they were very courteous and helpful.

For instance when I purchased the car the leather on the left part of the driver seat was splitting near the back of the seat. They didn’t have a problem replacing it and they went the step further to replace the foam in the seat bottom along with the new leather on the whole seat bottom. This was above and beyond my expectation and now I basically have a brand new seat that fits like a glove.
