Spy plane over Katy, Texas - WTF?
This spy plane has been doing circuts over my house late this afternoon and evening - it has made 5-6 passes taking about 40mins in between.
I didn't see anything on the net about it - anyone knwo what might be going on?
This is def the plane - I got a good look at it as it went overhead at about 500ft - in daylight. It is now 10:45pm and it just went over again. I noticed clearly the 4 prop engines, and the down-looking radar dome on the front section of the plane.

Those spy planes have such advanced electronics that they don't need to fly overhead what they are spying on...just near. So I doubt you'r the target.

I noticed the same plane over Richmond/Rosenberg Sunday afternoon. I was out jogging and it kept making passes overhead. Everybody at the park was wondering what the hell was going on since it was flying relatively low.
