I got a ticket for doing 49 in a 30 zone on Westpark (near Wilcrest). I actually think the cop gave me a break cuz his radar read 50, but he gave me 49 b/c I was polite and showed my CHL as a courtesy even though I wasn't carrying. I didn't know at first, but apparently 19 vs 20 makes a big difference in terms of fines.
