Falken Tires Drift Showoff - JUNE 9th 2007 - Pro Drift / Formula D Pro Am/CAR SHOW
Falken Tires Drift Showoff
JUNE 9th 2007 -
Gulf Greyhound Park
11am - 6pm
Featuring
Falken Pro Drift Demo - See the pro's and their newly re-designed drift vehicles
Formula D Pro Am Contest - Drift for your chance to compete at Formula D!
More info at http://www.driftshowoff.com

For the houston people this is the same weekend of hot import nights.
"The idea of competing at HIN under thier signature nightclub enviroment is very tempting, especially because people like myself have attended it for years. Whats more important though is supporting our city`s scene. It has been sad to see many national events pull out of Houston; whats even sadder is to see the community here sometimes supporting other cities` events more than thier own forcing everyone to drive hours away just to be part of a show. How can Houston, the 4th largest city in this country have less national car events than cities only a fraction of its size?
There have been many petitions to bring big events back to Houston. There is nothing that makes a bolder statement than Houston choosing to stay back and show support for its community."
So come on houston come out, show, and enjoy.

^it helps the guy running the show ahead of time so they know like how many trophys to get and what classes will be in effect. so they can promote the classes early to get others to come.i think not 100% sure. (for example Nissan class if there is more infinitis that show up we will have our own class verus being in one big group which discourages some in attending)
