Tint shops in Dallas area - Pro-tint Sucks

Any tint shops you guys recommend in the Dallas area other than pro-tint? One that uses Llumar films is preferred. Pro-tint sucks because they won't do 20% for me. They claim it's the law. Don't give me that BS, it just means more business for them.

Alot of shops wont do it. It against the law for them, and I'm sure they get checked every once and awhile.......For all they know you could be POE POE..And Im sure they will get fined or something else..
****, just drive around back and talk to one of the tinters, they all do it on the side.
My cousin runs a shop down here and hooks me up, but I got over the completly black look....Llumar is the best tint IMO though...

Do what I say and drive around back or ask around if anyone knows a tinter that does work on the side..GL!!

Well, I went to Tritek and they did 20% with no problems. They did a great job, but they use Madico tint and that $hit has a green color to it when light passes through it. The green color is irritating the **** out me. I am thinking about getting it redone so still looking for Llumar tinters.

never even heard of Madico, but that sux either way. I forgot what percentage I got but I think it was the darkest that you could go in the front and kept it like that all around. I think it keeps that clean look, i hate that you have to have the fronts lighter than the rear.
Well G/L on ur search....

the darkest in the front you can go is 35%. I have 35% in the front and 20% in the rear and it's not that big of a difference. 3M is also good.

I got mine done at a shop called Alta-Mere's which did me a quality metallic-based tint of 35% all around. It was $250 which I think was unfair, but quality is great.
